Over the past years many companies have included Yoga and Pilates based programmes in the activities offered to their staff. When attended regularly, these sessions can be effective for reducing perceived stress and back pain, and for improving emotional wellbeing in the workplace. They can contribute for increased mental focus and productivity, bringing about more energy and vitality, while also providing a space for stronger team connections to develop.
Corporate classes are designed to suit the group - schedule, duration, level and type (more relaxing or more energising) is decided together and can be adjusted as we progress our sessions.
These classes can happen in person in your workplace or online, or a combination of both.
