Working 1:1 allows me to tailor each session specifically to you, drawing on my breadth of knowledge and experience to create a truly bespoke programme. I do not rely on a single method, but instead integrate a range of techniques and approaches to meet your unique needs and goals.

Private sessions provide the flexibility to work in a way that best supports you, whether you are a beginner looking to build a solid foundation, complementing an existing training routine, or recovering from an injury, chronic pain, or other condition that requires a personalised approach. We can meet at your home (depending on location), in my home studio, in a local park, or online – wherever you feel most comfortable.

Before we begin, we will have a detailed conversation to understand your specific needs, goals, and any physical challenges. From this, I will conduct a postural assessment and develop a tailored programme. The exercises will be carefully selected and sequenced to address your individual requirements, and we will progress at a pace that suits you.

Together, we will explore new ways of moving with ease and presence, helping you achieve greater comfort and freedom in your everyday life.
